24 hours noticed is required for all cancellations otherwise you will incur a $60 NZ fee.

Payment Methods
You will be emailed an invoice following your consultation, please arrange prompt payment within 5 days of receiving the invoice.
If you live outside of New Zealand you have an option to pay via PayPal to avoid paying international transaction fees. If you choose to pay via Paypal you will be emailed the payment link after the consultation which is processed using the secure online server Paypal and processes most major credit cards.
Administration time
Additional non-contact administration time such as report writing and requested contact liaison above and beyond what can be performed within your consultation time will range from – 30mins $45 minimum to 60mins $144 NZD maximum depending on the nature of the administration request.
